When requesting funding assistance using the Fish Florida Title 1 or Siragusa Foundation grants for underprivileged children, please be sure to include the following:

• School Name
• School Address
• School Phone Number
• School Fax Number
• Contact Person's Name
• Contact Person's Phone Number
• Contact Person's E-mail
• The Dates in which you would like to have your field trip (either at the International Fishing Hall of Fame or in your school)
• If it is at the Hall of Fame, your arrival time and departure time (most schools it is 9:45am and 1pm for bussing purposes)
• Number of Children
• Number of Adults (we require a 10 children to 1 adult ratio and allow a 5:1 ratio)
• Grade or Age of Group
• Lab program (you have the choice of a self-guided visit to the Hall of Fame or the self-guided visit in conjunction with a lab program - please choose one of the lab programs at www.igfa.org/eduprograms.asp)

You are not guaranteed funding or a field trip until an IGFA Education Staff member contacts you.
