The IGFA has partnered with Make A Difference and with donations from Fish Florida for an annual Special Anglers Tournament held at the IGFA Fishing Hall of Fame & Museum in Dania Beach, Florida. The Special Anglers Tournament is an opportunity to afford physically and neurological challenged children the opportunity to enjoy the experience of sport fishing and the chance to make lasting memories. Please register before the day of the event so that we know how many participants to prepare for.

The tournament is all catch and release. This is a really fun event and it is FREE! Everyone goes home with lots of goodies. Each participant gets to take home their very own rod and reel, a tackle box, a goodie bag, a T-shirt and much more. Lunch is also provided. Not only do the children enjoy fishing, but they also paint, fish in IGFA’s simulated Catch Gallery and more.
